Refund policy


Returns

Chambers accepts returns for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Returns must be shipped back in their original condition - unworn and unwashed. A receipt is require to qualify for our return policy.

Our return policy only applies to items purchased in-store, on our website (www.chambersvintage.com), our social channels or items purchased in-person at an event with Kym or another sale representative.


Sale items, shoes, rugs, jewelry, art, swim wear and intimates are final sale.


To organize your return and receive a return shipping label, please email kym@chambersvintage.com or login to your account here for faster service. 


Returns must be shipped back in their original condition - unworn and unwashed - within 14 days of delivery.

Your store credit will include the total value of your returned item plus tax minus a 3% re-stocking fee.

Store credit does not expire and may be used only on Chambers Vintage collection. 
Store credit may NOT be used to purchase items from third party (other) brands, collections or collaborations.



We 100% believe in every piece that we offer in our collection. Please keep in mind that our items are 20 years or older and/or pre-owned. We do our best to make sure that any irregularities in an item are both photographed and detailed in each product description for you to review prior to purchase.
Please be sure to read our product descriptions carefully so that you 
are aware of the condition of your purchase.
